Firstly, the warm welcome, the country side views from the patio with aperitif both help leave the bustle of life behind. The call to table 'si mangia' leads to probably the most beautiful and restful courtyard dining room, a cloister of the former church. With the menu in hand, all the dishes are accompanied by Andrea il ’mago’ in the kitchen giving you an accurate preview of what is to come. Quickly behind him, Giuseppe steps forward with his huge knowledge of Chianti wines to find a prefect paring for you. The restaurant is supported by the Consorzio of Chianti and wine tastings and flights can also be arranged.Orders complete, the dishes arrived in comfortable succession and proved to match or even surpass Andrea’s descriptions, my pasta and then slow cooked lamb very much so. My wife’s vegan diet was also accommodated which was very welcomed on our part. The menu is not lengthy but this allows each dish to be carefully prepared and executed. It is a restaurant not to miss

We were immediately welcomed by an energetic and warm waiter who gave wonderful suggestions and honest opinions. We loved the zucchini flan! Lunch was excellent with top notch service also from the wine specialists. The hospitality continued as we were directed to the back terrace for espresso and the gorgeous views. The only unfortunate aspect was not being able to have our meal outside but perhaps it was on account of the heat. Strongly recommended and I’d love to return.

Beautiful old building, with terrace for drinks overlooking stunning vineyards and hills. Restaurant in the lovely courtyard. My pasta was cvooked to perfection. Very fresh and flavorful, great find. The service was impeccable

Great venue. Quiet, intimate and you can have a wine tasting with your meal. Staff were super friendly and explained every wine and how the food was prepared. Exceptional value.

What an incredible experience!!! If you are in Radda, do not miss this place! Food, wine and staff were all exceptional!! The views cannot be described in words!!!! Worth a special trip if you are staying in a nearby town!
