Extraordinary food and tasting. Incredible fish soup as main course. The owner always kept an eye on all guests and was explaining the dishes and some backgrounds. Very impressive !

Very good food, excellent service, great wine list. Reasonable prized although the portions a a little bit small. However, with an appetizer (I recommend the octopus), plenty of food.

Previously Michelin starred Chef and now owner of Inchiostro acting as a regular waiter, but with a little extra that we could really feel… he was explaining the menu in such a detailed way and with great passion, that we started asking about the restaurant and its Chef, thus learning how and why he started this adventure in Peschiera. Everything was delicious and well balanced.Grazie !

We had a fantastic dinner! Everything was perfect. We enjoyed prawns and clams linguine, Ombrina (a type of fish), octopus, and salmon with gin. Every dish was delicious! The waitstaff were incredibly friendly and helped make this one of the best dinners we've ever had. Thank you!
