Amazing place! Full of happy locals eating the best traditional Italian food. We had a reservation but still had to wait for a table; the service was a little slow whilst they waited for the kitchen to produce the food - but it was definitely worth the wait!

The food was disappointing. I initially wanted to make a reservation through The Fork before entering, but the host assured me that it wouldn&rsquo;t matter and that the discount would still be applied. Believing this, I ended up booking while already at the restaurant. When it came time to pay, they initially refused to honor the discount, claiming that the booking was made on-site. Only after some arguing did they apply it. I found this frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the food quality was not great and they charged an additional 2.5 euros per person as table charge.

I have been going to Kokoro for years, the place is very nice, not the usual Japanese restaurant. Lounge music and very modern environment. Orders are made via your smartphone using a very intuitive application. Fast and precise food delivery. I will definitely go back. The quality has always remained high over the years.
