The service and food were wonderful.  On a back street so didn&rsquo;t have all the noise from the tourist area.  A pleasant evening.

Delicious from salad to dessert  The best tasting Chianina steak in Florence  The service is unpretentious yet efficient The steak we opted for had the mignon and the sirloin for a full T-Bone  It came perfectly cooked and seasoned on a hot plate  The roasted potatoes were nice as well  The desserts were good and then a courtesy vino santo was offered  They honored the 50% discount as promised by booking through the Fork  highly recommended

We visited La Grotta Toscana for a bistecca alla Fiorentina on our last night in Florence. Service was great, the restaurant was very busy, and the food was delicious.

I love the t-tone steak. We shared a t-tone steak around 1.4kg among 4 people. The meat is tender and flavorful . The pasta is also delicious. I like the taste of the noodlesThe staff were very nice, introducing each dish and wine.

I chose this restaurant based on reviews on the Fork and it was a great little find.I was in Florence with my daughter and we were looking for an evening meal on our last evening in the city.The restaurant was clean and tidy, and had a great ambience.The menu offered a good choice of food and drink. I chose the beef in red wine sauce, with a side of roast potatoes which was so delicious.My daughter wanted spaghetti carbonara which wasn&rsquo;t on the menu, but having asked the waiter they kindly made this for us.The prices were good, but made even better with the discount from booking via the Fork app.

Had high expectations when visiting this restaurant. We took the 7 course menu. The food was excellent and the wine pairing was fabulous! We typically don&rsquo;t like champaign but the pairing with spaghetti and sea urchin was absolutely delicious. And so were the other pairings with many interesting conversations with the sommelier. Indeed many red wines but they are our favorites. Allergies were perfectly taken into account. The service went too fast to our likely but slowed down after a comment. At one occasion the knifes were not sharp enough. And the English of some waiters was difficult to understand. After dinner we were offered to take friandises with us, which is quite unique in our experience. All in all a great evening with real Italian dishes and wines 😊🇮🇹😊

I personally think the environment of the restaurant Finisterrae is quite nice. The food here is very authentic, and I think the overall price-performance ratio is relatively high. I highly recommend it.

The steak here is really good, the thickness of the steak is also very good. If it is good, I can sing the pasta, which is also very authentic. The food I have eaten is made of steak and it is real. This is the most authentic and best.

We ate here 4 times this week and many times over the last 6 years.We have NEVER been disappointed. Food is excellent and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Booking is recommended unless you eat early like we do.Love the Veal chop and the mixed roast.Great restaurant.
