La Bussola – Firenze

The taste is very unique, with a light fragrance and sweet taste. The environment here is also good. You need to make an order during the peak season.

The concierge recommended this restaurant to us at the hotel and I was not disappointed. The restaurant served traditional Florentine/Italian food but was not too expensive as we requested.

Great restaurant with great food. A number of locals on a Saturday night which is a good sign. Not cheap but definitely worth it.

Still the best pizza. I last visited Florence almost 20 years ago and used to always have pizza at La Bussola, because the pizza toppings are delicious and the base is perfect and very slightly crisp underneath. I was so happy to eat here again. The waiters were friendly and attentive as before. I look forward to my next visit.

An excellent restaurant with very efficient staff. Well-prepared dishes, short wait, but it is important to make a reservation in advance. We recommend it without hesitation.
