It is not as conventional as the French Michelin, nor is it like the British FAT DUCK that forcibly pursues an all-round experience and molecular cuisine. The ingredients are fresh and the chef is very thoughtful. It can be said that he is in control of the balance of various flavors and unexpected. Each dish has its highlights but it is so unintentional. The main thing is that it is delicious! So much so that I canceled the original reservation on the third night and went to eat again. The chef even specially changed all seven dishes. Like 👍

A Michelin restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel Florence. Unfortunately, we didn't go there because it was a bit expensive. The restaurant is pretty good and has a sense of design. It's all Italian food. There are very few people in winter.
The Four Seasons Hotel Florence is located in Florence, Italy, in the cultural core area. It was formerly the Palazzo Gradesca of the Medici family and the residence of Pope Leo XI. The hotel perfectly combines the elegance of the Renaissance with modern luxury. The rooms are full of elegant murals, bas-reliefs, etc., and are equipped with modern facilities such as LCD TVs. The hotel has a 45,000 square meter private garden with ancient trees, swimming pools and small temples. In terms of dining, the Michelin-starred restaurant il palagio offers authentic Italian cuisine, and café la terrazza and bar della rosa offer a variety of dining options. The hotel's spa has 9 beauty treatment rooms, etc., which can provide a biological rejuvenation experience. In addition, the hotel also offers special activities such as luxury car rentals, hot air balloon tours, and truffle hunting. It is conveniently located in the surrounding area and can be reached by foot from many attractions such as the Academy Gallery and the Uffizi Gallery. #Four Seasons Hotel Florence, Italy #Italian Travel Guide #Italian Homestay Recommendation #Holiday Travel Recommendation #Italian Travel Diary
The most incredible evening in the most stunning of settings. Never been so full from a tasting menu and the wine pairing was lovely. The staff were so warm and friendly.
The food was exceptionally creative, varied and tasteful. Each dish had a subtle blend of unusual, yet flavorful combinations. Presentation was impeccable, as was the service. A highlight was several surprise tastes, in addition to the usual amuse bouche. The wine steward helped with suggestions for two glasses of excellent red wine.
