Everything perfect! Dishes that are different from the usual: in particular the cut of the fish is well done, sashimi is thick and fresh. Refined combinations much appreciated. The staff is very kind and not intrusive. The only flaw is that the plating does not do justice to the photos on the menu

Compared to the last time I was in this restaurant, I was surprised to find an improved menu, integrated with very inviting dishes and also the place seemed improved to me, with more light than in the past; quick and efficient service as always

We are now regular customers, and we have always had a great time! Since they updated the menu, in our opinion it has become the best sushi in Udine. The refinement of the dishes and the goodness of the raw materials are evident, and in addition to the classic dishes there are a lot of specialties that make you want to come back, because they are not found elsewhere. Among the best dishes I would put: 1. The special sashimi S01 with oyster, it is what makes us come back for dinner 2. The raw shrimp tartare with truffle, spectacular 3. The salmon tartare with the double sauce, a kind of mayonnaise and the basil sauce. A truly perfect combination, original and balanced. It is also excellent for takeaway and the prices are very convenient, unbeatable
