Il Frantoio

What an amazing experience. Each dish was perfectly portioned and the taste was extremely memorable. I highly recommend anyone interested in an intimate food/wine experience to go here!

Very cool location I guess in the basement of a 16th century palazzo with lots of small rooms, inventive and very good food, very reasonable prices and great wine list again at sub retail prices!

We return to il frantoio every time we visit Colle. It is a great restaurant with amazing service and the best atmosphere

This restaurant is one of the best I have ever been to. The food was amazing and cost about half what a similar meal would cost us back home (Australia) The best part of the meal was the smoked spaghetti dish closely followed by the ‘eggplant pie’ ( not really a pie) but the steak and the chocolate desert were also perfect. The basil ice cream desert did not suit us but was also perfectly put together and presented and they are lovely people
