Food deserves a Michelin star.  Beautifully presented and delicious.  It&#39;s very clear the chef is passionate about the food he prepares.

Creativity in dishes reflects chef&rsquo;s dedication and effort, we tried raw fish platter, coldSpaghetti and beef, all very amazing. The chef who is also the owner also knows a great deal about wine esp local wines

It is a real hidden gem in Catania. The food was absolutely top-notch, very pleasant, quiet and effective service (we went for the tasting menu). The wine recommendation (from a small winery from mount Etna) was also superb. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful restaurant for gourmet food at less than gourmet prices. Excellent wine list and interesting ingredient combinations make it a dining experience.

Our meal at Sagre was our last in our 2 week trip around Sicily and it was our best.  The food quality was outstanding and reasonably priced.  Service was also attentive and informative.  Top restaurant and worth the short trip from the city centre and tourist spots.Highly recommended!!!

I chose this restaurant as it was one of the top rated restaurants in catania on the fork app. it&#39;s rating is very appropriate. my booking was early on in the evening so we were the only party but it got busier around 9pm. the staff were very accommodating and were really polite. the food was beyond expectations. I would highly recommend if you are in catania.

The food was exceptional, I could say that here I was served with the best steak I have ever eaten. The staff was friendly but a bit overwhelmed, the waiting times are very long, whether I wanted to order or pay. The location is nice and clean, there is also a terrace. The prices are high but the quality is also worth it. If I end up in Catania again I will definitely pay them a visit.

Wonderful experience. Great food. Fresh fish and good wine. Stefania very welcoming and attentive to every request, the chef Salvo generous and imaginative. I recommend it. We have returned and I think they will see us often.

We had an excellent dinner, with everthing at superlative - food, wine, service. The restaurant was fully ocupied by 8,30 and it was mainly by locals, but however, the staff speaks English and they are all very nice, funny and helpful. Food is amazingand they also recommended us an excellent red wine - all within a very decent price. If you try to find a good spot in Catania, you should try this one!

Extensive list of pizza from the &#39;classics&#39; to the more exotic and most things in between! The mixed fried antipasti platter was also very good plus the availability of a couple of local artiganale beers was certainly to our taste. My only slight criticism is that we very very close to the adjacent table to the extent that we had to physically move our table when they wanted to leave.

Excellent in every possible way. The pistacchiosa was incredible, the waiters and staff super friendly the ambiance was perfect for a date night. I super recommend it
