An authentic and unforgettable experience at Masseria Spina! We took part in the guided tour with tasting at Masseria Spina – Parco Rurale and we were thrilled. The guide was extremely knowledgeable: he was able to convey all the historical and cultural richness of the place with great professionalism. The tasting was simply impeccable: excellent dishes, carefully prepared and presented in a refined way, accompanied by attentive and friendly service. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is enchanting, surrounded by greenery and full of charm, capable of transporting you to another era. The entire experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic immersion in the Apulian tradition, between history, nature and excellent cuisine.

All the staff were attentive, went above and beyond to make our visit unique. Helena was passionate about explaining to us in detail the life around the Masseria and made the effort to explain to us in French (with very good French despite a lack of practice). The food was local, fresh and excellent of high quality, with a proposal of wine accompaniment in perfect harmony. We had the impression of stopping in time, of escaping and awakening all our senses.
