We were the second in the Heslacher winestock today - before it was super delicious and VERY swäbisch! The pig medalion (swab pan) was super tight and dressed to the point, the fungal frame soup was a poem and the spitzles were perfectly fit for it. The cheese spitzles were also very fine! Recommendation: Pilz-Rahmsoße zu diesem Zweck Die Schmelzwiebel haben das Gericht ausgezeichnet abgerundet. Even the small salad before was a highlight despite its simplicity due to the overwhelming dressing (we had to ask the kitchen for ingredients!). It was a nice evening with super authentic swabish food and a very hearty service! I can recommend this restaurant, due to its lovely establishment and the above mentioned for both indigenous and especially tourists who once want to eat Schwabish.
