Münchner Stubn

Münchner Stubn is opposite Munich Central Station. It is very famous. It has traditional Bavarian style and great taste. The waiters are all dressed in Bavarian costumes. The environment is unique and the service is satisfactory. This German restaurant in Munich is the best in Germany. It serves German roast pork knuckle and German sausages that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Perfect first meal in Munich after a long day travelling from London Stansted via Nuremberg airport. Restaurant was literally around the corner from our hotel (The Mercure Munchen City). It's a modern version of the traditonal Brauhaus. The food was tasty as was the beer. Our waitress was a delight and spoke excellent English. Will definitely have this on my list of places to eat for future visits to Munich.

We reserved the restaurant through “thefork.com” for the night of 23 December. The hall was decorated nice and was full of people. The staff was great but the food was medium well in general.

The restaurant was pretty full but with our booking we were seated without an issue. We found the food to be standard Bavarian fare with a twist. Drinks and food arrived almost too quickly, making for a somewhat rushed experience.

We did enjoy the vibe in the restaurant, the staff was very friendly but very busy.My husband found the steak chewy and the next day the duck difficult to eat with a fork and knife after a struggle had to resort to eating with his hands. Not a problem but something we didn't expect.The other days the meals were great.
