This is a restaurant with a story. The chef's magical creativity makes me want to try every dish. The restaurant's style and design are very special and beautiful. The food display is very unique. The waiters are very thoughtful and considerate. The restaurant is in a good location with beautiful scenery. I enjoyed my meal here. At the same time, Jan Hofmann's story increased my interest in the restaurant.

Anyway, I'm sure I'll be back next time, the ingredients are fresh, the chef's skills are top notch, the price is absolutely right, I'm not a vegetarian but during this meal I never missed a second of fish or meat.

The restaurant uses plants grown in its own garden as ingredients, so it can always use the freshest ingredients to cook for guests, and it is greener and healthier than other restaurants. This is what attracts me the most. In addition, the restaurant also provides teaching courses, which really made me gain a lot.

The scenery of the restaurant is super beautiful. The waiter is very enthusiastic and attentive, and the restaurant also sent us wine. There is a creative chef named Hoffman. Every dish he makes gives us a sense of novelty and is super delicious! This is the Seven Swans Restaurant on the Main River. There are many people dining there.
