Fisch Franke

For the last dinner, the Chinese restaurant "Xiaoyuanba" was too popular to wait, so we chose "FISCH FRANKE". We tried many kinds of fish and potatoes, which were delicious and substantial [hehe] ​

On my first day in Frankfurt I was wandering around with jet lag and stumbled upon this restaurant that served fish and lots of vegetables, which was just what we needed. The fish went really well with the cider. We tried two of their classics. The fish fillet (grilled salmon fillet with hollandaise sauce, leafy spinach and boiled potatoes) was very tasty and filling. My pan-fried fish fillet (fried sea bass with green sauce and boiled potatoes) was very good. The green sauce is a specialty of the Frankfurt region and a must-try for foodies.

The restaurant is clean and fresh, very suitable for taking pictures. There are many waiters, so the speed of ordering and serving is not slow. When eating oysters, they will bring us a special plate for eating oysters. The store provides Chinese menus, which can be asked directly from the waiter, so there is no need to worry about language problems. Dry towels and facial tissues are also provided on the table. There are 5 flavors of raw fish salad, including curry and fennel sauce, and the others are not tasted. If you come to Frankfurt, you can try it. The seafood here is very fresh.

I recommend a relatively affordable restaurant. Near it, there is a restaurant with more expensive dishes. The location is more obvious and the tablecloths used are white. This affordable restaurant can only be found by walking into the road of the store. We ordered salad, white wine, salmon with vegetables, and two chestnuts. In the end, we paid 26 euros, which is super cheap.

The waiters here are very attentive and enthusiastic, and the food is served quickly. If you want to eat here at mealtime, you must make a reservation in advance or come early, otherwise there will be no seats. We walked into this restaurant by chance, and then came again during our vacation in Frankfurt. The food is super delicious. I like cod dipped in green soy sauce. It is delicious. You can also try it.
