Just a superb experience in all respects. The filet de bœuf was the best I have eaten in France. It is said that the cassoulet is the also the best in France. The service was efficient and welcoming, the ambiance was very nice, and the price/value relationship was more than fair. Don’t even think about it; just go.

I have known this restaurant for decades, always of great quality, always consistent. The waiters change, but remain volunteers in their work. AND, ABOVE ALL!! A big thank you to the men/women of "l’hombre", who we never see because they hide in the kitchen, who enchant our served plates.!!

Second visit to this reference of Toulouse and regional cuisine. Absolutely not disappointed the first time, quite the contrary we came back to celebrate a birthday and we once again enjoyed ourselves One of our favorite addresses when we pass through Toulouse.
