What travelers say:
When traveling to France, everyone is eager to try French cuisine, but in the end they are defeated by their own Chinese taste buds and stomachs. This time, we chose to go to Michelin-recommended au bourguignon du marais to entertain friends from Beijing. The first course is 🐌 and the main course is 🍷 barbecue 🐂, paired with fine wine, which not only satisfies the French sentiment of the Chinese, but also preserves the face of French cuisine. And Marais perfectly interprets the French Bobo petty bourgeoisie!

The foie gras here tastes pretty good. The foie gras can fit in the pan like a biscuit. The barbecue tastes a bit like Brazilian barbecue, and the skin is very crispy. The sausages are also delicious.
Food and service were excellent! Unfortunately, experience was hampered by the very warm night with no air conditioning or fans to cool the inside of the restaurant. Several patrons including me, were using their napkins or menus to fan to cool themselves.
We greatly enjoyed our visit here. The service was friendly and helpful. The food was great and we enjoyed our starter, entrees, desserts and drinks. Even our picky daughter enjoyed her food.
My boyfriend and I absolutely enjoyed our last dinner in Paris at this wonderful restaurant. Everything was delicious but especially the French Onion soup and the best beef Bourguignon!!!
