Great food with a very nice creative twist combined with excellent and super friendly service.   We stop at Aux Gens Heureux here each time when we visit Tours.  Vaut le d&eacute;tour ! &ldquo;

A gem of a restaurant, so good, we eat there two evenings.  The food is very tasty.  Modern French cuisine with an Asian twist.  It is worthy of a BIB in the Michelin category

The food was amazing. They were very busy and it was easy to see why. Unique dishes, served beautifully. Great ambiance. Really friendly hard-working staff. Make a reservation in advance!

A friendly welcome and pleased to see that the restaurant was already busy after the deconfinement. We had an excellent lunch. I had the most amazing  tomato crumble for starters followed by a succulent veal and the chocolate bomb to die for!!! The choice was small but my 3 friends were all happy with their meals and there was sufficient choice for all tastes. We&#39;ll definitely be back!!!

Small portions for a price fixe, you are subject to a small menu and not enough selections.it would be better to have more choices and larger entrees

This restaurant is pretty good, and the flavors are niche and the dishes are very innovative.

Excellent service, a fun flight of Loire white wines, fresh salad, perfectly steamed potatoes and yummy melted cheese on toast with a beautiful mustard flavour. Definitely recommend.

The lemon chicken pasta was incredible. It was a good portion size and had great citrus flavor and creaminess with the addition of the buffalo mozzarella. Service was great and my food arrived promptly. The decor was a little strange with large nutcrackers randomly positioned along with a wall of plastic plants but otherwise the vibe was good and the background music was fantastic. I had to leave prematurely however when smokers of the patio began smoking directly adjacent to the open doors to the restaurant. And I was even seated in the far corner!

I ate here 2 yrs ago and enjoyed it so much that I  made sure that I could eat here again on this trip to Tours.  Small, friendly, great food, wait staff is helpful with wine and menu options for those of us not fluent in French.  Merci beaucoup

Very good lunch and the service was friendly and welcoming.

We had an amazing dinner at NYC Bistro. The burgers were splendid, the waitress was a gem, how she interacted with my daughter and made us feel very welcome and have relaxing dinner with a noisy toddler ( she got crayons to keep her busy) was amazing. We will certainly be back one day!
