Restaurant L'Essentiel

From the outside, the restaurant looks a bit low-key. But the food was excellent. The food started with a delicate cold dish with a little cream, sweet, sour and other subtle flavors complementing each other and blending well. My first course was a "soup" with poached eggs, vegetables, mushrooms and some spinach puree, which was delicious. The main course was meat ravioli, liqueur-based with some duck liver, which was again delicious. I chose cheese for dessert, which was a very dominant goat and sheep cheese. All in all a very good dining experience. The bad thing is that the atmosphere is not so cozy, the tables are close to each other, and the waiters keep running up and down between the two floors of the restaurant.

The first word that comes to my mind for this restaurant is exquisite. I really can't describe it in other words. The restaurant is very exquisite, the plates and dishes used to serve the dishes are all very exquisite, giving people a great feeling. There are many kinds of food in it, and the taste is also very good.

The environment of this restaurant deeply attracted me. The restaurant is really good. I like the atmosphere here. It is very quiet and more suitable for couples or individuals. The food tastes great.

This is a restaurant we accidentally discovered while hiking. We went in and tried it. The taste is good, very special and worth trying. There are not too many people in the store and the service is very enthusiastic! A store worth trying.

The best meal we had in Avignon was in this restaurant. The restaurant is located in a courtyard with traditional French architectural style, which is quite artistic. We ordered the salmon tartare and steak recommended by the waiter, which were very good.
