Lou Piadina was a nice little restaurant in a not too busy part of Avignon. We arrived at 19:00 and the restaurant and square were fairly empty. The staff was very friendly and took the opportunity to practice their English. It was a learning opportunity for us as well as the very friendly waitress taught us so French colloquialisms. The food was great, simple, and filled us up. Great outdoor atmosphere.

Les saveurs sont pr&eacute;sentes aussi bien sur les plats de p&acirc;tes que sur les piadina.Et si vous aimez, les Spritz Aperol faites vous plaisir, ils sont tr&egrave;s bien servis,  comme &agrave; la maison, bien dos&eacute;, et pour seulement 7 euros quand les restaurants d&rsquo;&agrave; c&ocirc;t&eacute;, vous les proposent &agrave; 10 &euro;. Very nice discovery, with an impeccable welcome and service. The flavors are present on both the pasta dishes and the piadina.
And if you like, the Spritz Aperol treat yourself, they are very well served, like at home, well dosed, and for only 7 euros when the restaurants next door offer them for 10 &euro;.

Tr&egrave;s bon moment dans ce petit restaurant Italien o&ugrave; tout est fait maison, go&ucirc;teux et frais. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir  lors de notre prochain passage en ville !

Very good time in this little Italian restaurant where everything is homemade, tasty and fresh. We will come back with pleasure during our next visit to the city!

I ate at this restaurant once and it was very good. The service was very satisfying and comfortable. The waiters were very attentive and polite. There were many kinds of food, a lot of choices, great taste, and relatively affordable prices.

We adored the gorgeous terrace and charming ambiance of this local favorite restaurant.  Our waiter was so perfect, with attention to detail and his elegant service.  The food is excellent. We can highly recommend this one.  We were a group of 8, and we sat at a hand crafted artisan mosaic table with comfortable seats.

The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. Sit outside if you can. We had a view of the Pope&#39;s Palace. We were a party of 8 and everyone loved their meal!

Food was excellent.  Appreciated a different menu than most other restaurants in town. The lamb shank option was excellent

Our waiter was brilliant so charming and very helpful with the menu!!! Even though the restaurant was super quiet but it is out of season our waiter and the rest of the staff didn&rsquo;t make us feel rushed at all&hellip;great steak!!

We really appreciated the creativity and willingness to adapt the evening&#39;s menu to my wife&#39;s food restrictions.  The staff were tremendous and willing to engage in a bit of light-hearted banter during the evening.  Altogether, a tremendously enjoyable experience.
