Salmon soup + carrot cake I did a guide in advance and everyone said this salmon soup is the best The line is super long, it’s a shop that locals like to come to I feel like I’ve been overwhelmed by salmon + berries these days [sad face] I skipped lunch during the two days in Rovaniemi, and had dinner at a shop I found in advance to eat local food. Anna said that although I’m bad at reading maps, my food guide is very good hahahahaha The carrot cake is very special and delicious [good]

We ordered a lot of food, and the taste was really amazing, especially when paired with the drinks in the store.

A tour of the holy land of coffee, a retro coffee shop in the center of Helsinki Crossing the mall opposite the station, it happened to be the restaurant cafe esplanad recommended online. The shop is not small, but the business is surprisingly good on weekdays at noon. I barely found a seat for two. Judging from the decoration style, this shop is a bit old. Many of the customers are retired elderly people. They are not busy and sit here with a few friends for a long time, chatting and laughing. cafe esplanad is the appearance of my favorite European coffee shop. The coffee is as mellow and rich as expected. The coffee consumption of Finns has always been at the top of the list. The coffee shop industry in Helsinki is also very developed, and there are many coffee shops in the streets and alleys. Cafe esplanad has also been selected as a special coffee shop list by the Finnish Tourism Board! The cream salmon soup has tender meat and delicious soup. It is definitely the No. 1 must-order when visiting the store! I didn’t like to eat cooked salmon before, but I changed my mind after coming to Northern Europe. Their various fancy ways of cooking salmon always conquer my taste buds instantly. We thought it was just a soup, so we ordered a main course. Unexpectedly, the salmon soup was filled with potatoes and served with a self-service vegetable salad. It seems that as long as we order a soup, we can be full. We also ordered chicken breast as a main course. The chicken breast was fried crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with full gravy. Whenever I don't know what to eat in Europe, I always order chicken breast or chicken steak, and I never make a mistake.
