It is said that this is an old restaurant that has been open for 20-30 years. The sour soup fish is a delicious fish hot pot with Guizhou characteristics. The soup base of this restaurant is sour and spicy and tastes very good. The fish meat is also very fresh. It is well received.

Sour fish soup is probably a specialty of Guizhou, and it is said to have originated from Leishan County. The sour taste of sour fish soup is made from fermented tomatoes, and it is said that it takes about a month to ferment before it can be used. The fish are all alive, and the river grouper is more delicious, boneless, and the meat is delicate. The sauce dish is interesting. After the sour soup is boiled, scoop a spoonful of hot soup into the sauce dish, taste it and it tastes delicious [strong], then slowly eat the fish and enjoy it!

It is said to be a 30-year-old restaurant. A friend took us there. There is only one kind of soup base, sour soup with tomatoes and mint leaves. We ordered silver carp and yellow croaker, and tofu and cabbage were given as side dishes. The dipping sauce is a mixture of dried chili powder, zeer root, fermented tofu, and chopped green onions, which covers the fishy smell and leaves only the fresh fragrance. In addition, the other dishes in the restaurant are also good. I strongly recommend the millet pickled fish (a Guizhou specialty, sweet and spicy), crispy meat (freshly fried, served hot), and mixed cowpea (flavored with vine pepper, very refreshing). It is worth going again!

The environment is nice and has a sense of age. It should be an old store. The business is good and the sour soup fish tastes authentic.
