This is another family-friendly restaurant with a farm-themed gourmet style. One fish is enough for three or four people. Add cabbage and wood-fired tofu to the pot, and of course, stewed vermicelli is indispensable.

The street where this restaurant is located is full of fish eaters, and all of them only have silver trout. We wanted to eat golden trout but couldn&#39;t find any, so we just picked the one with the best reputation! As soon as we entered the store, the waiter enthusiastically arranged for us to sit down, and then we went to choose the fish. The dishes were served very quickly, and the common practice was to cook one fish in five ways (Figure 3). The nearly four-pound fish could only be cut into three plates of sashimi, but the other four ways of eating felt like a lot of food! The taste of the fish was basically okay, but the steamed fish head with chopped peppers and the shredded potatoes with salted egg yolk were not delicious.
