The first floor features a large lobby with seating and a banquet hall, and the third floor is filled with private rooms (I didn't visit the second floor). The hallways and private rooms are decorated with calligraphy and paintings, creating a sense of elegance and The private rooms are spacious and feature private bathrooms and tea areas, making them a great choice for entertaining guests or gatherings. The ordering area is on the first floor, with an open kitchen and clearly marked prices. You can watch the dishes being presented and ordered. 💁Service: Excellent! The waiters were all welcoming and smiling. ❤️‍🔥The private rooms have dedicated waiters who are always available to refill tea and water to meet your needs. Tonight, we ordered eighteen dishes. 😋 There were no disappointments; all were excellent. Qiu Gao (qiu, pronounced third tone) is what I understand as a thick porridge made with millet, red dates, peanuts, and other grains. It's sticky, sweet, and nourishing, and delicious. Boshan Crispy Pot This is a Boshan specialty. It's a cold dish made with pork ribs, kelp, lotus root slices, and other ingredients, simmered with a hint of aged vinegar. Boshan Vegetable Pancake: This is delicious. The pancake wrapper is just the right thickness, filled with a filling of chives, egg, vermicelli, and dried shrimp. Enjoy one per person as a main course! 😋 Slow-cooked Veal: Beef and radish stewed until tender and flavorful. Clear Soup Lion's Head: Large meatballs in a cabbage broth. 😋 The meatballs are topped with diced lotus root, making it a non-spicy treat. Every dish is excellent.
