You can now enjoy authentic and delicious "Zhouzhi Steamed Pork with Flour" in Huyi! It's affordable, delicious, and filling! 😋 I've been there three times! Don't miss it! It's conveniently located right on Huazhan Street, though parking can be a bit difficult at lunchtime. They offer a variety of ways to prepare the steamed pork with Flour, along with oil tea, porridge, wontons, and meatball soup! They even give you free bone broth! For two, we ordered: a small steamed pork with rice (10 yuan), a steamed pork bun (7 yuan), meatball soup (8 yuan), and a tea egg (1.5 yuan), for a total of 26.5 yuan. The food was served quickly, and the owner was very friendly 👍🏻. The steamed pork with rice flour and steamed buns were just as delicious as the ones I had in Zhouzhi. The meat wasn't tough at all, and there weren't too many spices or starches. The meat flavor was incredibly rich 🥩, and the steamed buns were fermented, making them very soft and fluffy. The steamed pork with rice and small portions were generous, and the aroma of rice and meat was incredibly satisfying. There were also 6-7 side dishes to choose from, and I highly recommend the garlic sprouts! The meatball soup was delicious, with meatballs, greens, wood ear mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, mushrooms, vermicelli noodles, and small shrimp, plus a little white pepper for a stomach boost. It warmed me up in the winter, and I highly recommend it to families! Hours: 6:00 AM - 11:30 PM, with three different meals a day. The place is clean and tidy, with five tables seating about 20 people. Takeout is also available!
