When eating at this scenic spot, people usually order a so-called Yellow River carp. But the cooking method is different from that in the Central Plains. It is not very fresh and tender, but has a strong and thick taste.

Around 3 o'clock, the bus arrived at Shapotou parking lot. We called Tongjia Eden Garden and the car came to pick us up. We had lunch and dinner on the spot. The hand-pulled lamb chops were better than the two famous restaurants in Yinchuan. Jiajia and I ate a lot. As a result, our lamb chops doubled from the original half a catty per meal. We also ate Yellow River carp, Zhongwei cold noodles and other specialties, and the prices were quite reasonable. The farmhouse also allowed us to pick large and small tomatoes and grapes for free. Jiajia also saw the colorful pheasants and hedgehogs in the garden, and she was so happy. On that day, Jia's father also took us to see the Yellow River on a motorcycle provided by the store for free. It was very comfortable and cool. I was most afraid that the conditions of the farmhouse were not good, but I ended up with unexpected joy. This is also what travel will bring us. Of course, there is a flaw that we have to share the bathroom with the store and pass through a hall, which made me unable to wear pajamas after taking a shower.

The chef's dishes are really delicious. Yellow River carp, fish head is stewed, fish body is braised. The facilities are simple, generous and clean. The most important thing is that the kitchen is very clean and open to guests for a visit.

How come I didn't find such a good place before? I highly recommend it.
