I drove through Ningxia and ate many mutton meals in three cities, Yinchuan, Wuzhong and Zhongwei, but the one in Zhongwei was the best. I ordered the premium mutton soup, the meat was tender and had no smell; the shallot eggs and cold rice noodles were also delicious, highly recommended.

The main dishes are iron pot stew series, such as iron pot stewed mutton, iron pot stewed chicken, and iron pot Yellow River fish, supplemented by special refreshing cold dishes, farm stir-fry, local snacks, etc. It is a health food restaurant with local characteristics. The environment is simple and elegant, and the service is warm and thoughtful. It is a must-eat specialty food restaurant when traveling to Zhongwei.

There are two restaurants with the same name next to each other. I chose the one with an older decoration. I&#39;m not sure if they are the same restaurant, but it turns out that the one I chose is really delicious. I recommend the wolfberry seedlings. They are not good looking, but very refreshing, sour and sweet. I thought it tasted like amaranth, but it turned out not to be. I suggest not to order the soup, it&#39;s just so-so. The others are delicious, especially the signature lamb, a must-order!

The service is certainly not as good as Haidilao&#39;s nanny-like service. What conquered me was the barbecue and cold dishes. I like their spicy chicken wings and New Orleans flavor the most, and the pork tendon and roasted leeks are my husband and I&#39;s favorites. The last time I didn&#39;t finish eating, the waiter was so generous that he gave me the meat and the iron.

The hand-pulled mutton has no fat and no smell. It is delicious, so I ordered another pound. The sand onion is spicy but not hot. The sheep&#39;s head is even better.
