Many people ordered pig intestine noodles and so on, but they were also sold out. In addition, there were actually a lot of people, and those seats were full. It was hard to grab a seat under the sun. Braised beef noodles ￥15 I have to say that their noodles are really delicious. They make their own noodles. Then I go to the small room to tell him what noodles I want and pay. Only then can I eat this bowl of noodles. At first, I thought that the noodles were put in last, maybe he couldn't blend with the taste, but it was completely wrong. Maybe it was because they were too rich, so the noodles were very flavorful and matched the soup base very well. The soup base was made with soy sauce, which was very rich and delicious. Then you add a little vinegar and chili from Zhenjiang, it's perfect. The noodles are not soft or hard, which is my favorite kind. And it's not the kind of thick pot cover noodles, it's thin, and it's quite delicious. Yao Rou ￥6 I ate Yao Rou at another restaurant and thought it was ordinary, dry, and not very tasty, without the texture of meat. I complained about it on Weibo at the time, and then netizens enthusiastically told me which restaurant was better to go to for the meat and pot lid noodles. After eating this restaurant, I really found that the Yao Rou I had before was fake. Overall, this is a really great noodle restaurant, but it’s a pity that the environment is a little worse, but if the noodles are delicious, nothing matters! And there are really many locals who come to eat here, and many Nanjing people take the high-speed rail and drive here to eat a bowl of noodles, so this restaurant is really great! Dahua Noodle House in Zhenjiang is definitely a famous noodle shop here. Although it is just a small stall, it serves the most authentic Zhenjiang pot-covered noodles.
