Near the south gate of Zhengding Ancient City, you can eat hot pot or stir-fried dishes. The three dishes and one staple food we ordered were all good, each with its own flavor: [Clams and Spicy Chicken] The specialty of their restaurant. It was the first time I had this combination. It was more flavorful when dipped in vinegar and chili oil I just had blueberry yam at home two days ago. Compared with the soft yam puree, Chinese yam has a crispy texture and is more fragrant when stir-fried ◆Ma Lao Nian siu mai·He Le [Special hot-cut meatballs] It was a bit like steamed pork with rice flour, but it was made of pure meat. We felt that the taste was a bit light when dipped in mustard sauce, so we asked for some soy sauce, which was more greasy with mustard sauce [He Le noodles] I wanted to try He Le noodles when I went to Shanxi before, but I didn't have the chance. I didn't expect to eat it in Zhengding. It was the first time I had He Le noodles in my life. Made of buckwheat, very chewy I ate a sesame seed cake on the Historical and Cultural Street before, but I ate it right after I bought it, so I didn't take a photo. The sesame seed cake was thin and two-layered, hollow, very crispy, and the original sesame flavor was very fragrant, and the sweet flavor was also delicious.
