A famous Ganzhou food recommended by a friend. It is located in a prosperous commercial street, with nice decoration and a good environment. The lamb chops are especially delicious. I have eaten here for several times and it is the best. There are also various special snacks for tasting. I will come again next time.

You can take a look around before ordering. The food here is Zhangye specialty. Basically all the specialties and snacks can be found here, and the taste is quite authentic. The business hours should be relatively late. I saw waiters leading guests in and sitting at around 9 o'clock. I saw some people on the Internet saying that the service is not good, which is probably an individual phenomenon. From my experience today, the service is still quite good.

The entire first floor of the store is this restaurant, which is quite luxurious. The Northwest cuisine is super large. I hope to order as many specialties as possible during this visit, but I only finished half of it, including some special snacks, which is a waste. Ganzhou spare ribs are a must-order. It tastes better with potato chips, but it is super greasy and I can't eat too much. The overall taste of the dishes is OK, and there are no disappointments.
