QIN DA MA LAO ZI HAO

First meal after arriving in Zhangjiajie. I searched and found this restaurant close to the hotel. It is a local specialty. The giant salamander is a specialty dish for 288 yuan, but the price is not cheap. It is mainly for tasting. I wanted to eat some green leafy vegetables, but it was served like this. I basically didn't eat a bite. It was too unpalatable! Why do good dishes have to be cut into so small pieces? It looks like chicken feed!

There are many things to eat in Zhangjiajie, such as three-pot/wood-fired hotpot. You can always find them when you see one: Aunt Qin's rice with crackling rice, a dish of the Tujia ethnic minority. We ordered the signature Aunt Qin's secret pancake. My little friends prefer the rice, but I didn't feel anything after eating it. Stir-fried pork with crackling rice - a must-have in many restaurants in Zhangjiajie, with tender meat and crispy crackling rice.

Found this on Ctrip. It was my last meal before leaving Zhangjiajie. It's not far from the train station and bus station. The decoration is quite unique and the price is very affordable. The radish stewed with pork ribs was melt-in-the-mouth. The sauerkraut dumplings were quite special. They were fried with sesame stuffing and then stir-fried with sauerkraut.

Stinky tofu and pickled radish skin are must-orders, small fish is also good, crispy; 4. There are many delicious foods. When I traveled to Zhangjiajie and stayed in the city for three days, I ate here. I took it back to the hotel to eat, but don't be too happy; 5. The decoration of the store is also quite unique.
