Trick to avoid: Avoid wearing white or silk clothing; the reeds will snag. &mdash;

Best Drive: Ningbo City &rarr; Yuyao City (1 hour), Yuyao City &rarr; Beixi Village (1 hour) (be careful on the mountain roads; parking is available), City &rarr; Siming Lake Wetland (30 minutes).

Option for Those Without a Car: Ningbo High-Speed ​​Railway to Yuyao North Station (20 minutes), taxi from North Station to city center/Yangming Ancient Town (15 yuan), carpooling recommended for Beixi Village/Wetland (local drivers are around 80 yuan round trip).

Preferably choose a B&amp;B near Yangming Ancient Town (such as the &quot;Yangmingli B&amp;B&quot;). It&#39;s a 5-minute walk to Zuihuwalnut and the snack street, allowing for stunning night views.
For a lower budget, consider a city hotel (Yuyao Hotel, All Seasons Hotel, etc.), which is close to North Station and convenient for return trips.


Dining Recommendations:
Zuihuwalnut Bistro &middot; Raw, Pickled, and Drunk &middot; Jiangzhe Xiaoxian (Siming West Road Branch). The must-try Huadiao Drunk Crab is absolutely amazing! The richness of the Huadiao wine was tinged with a hint of sweetness, and the crab meat was so tender it practically smacked in my mouth. The raw marinated sweet shrimp was even better. The instant I cracked the shell, the fresh sweetness shot straight to my head, and the aroma of the marinade wasn&#39;t overpowering at all!
