Wubanqiao Noodle Shop, diagonally opposite the Bank of China, came to Yunxiao on a business trip, and always likes to find some local special snacks to taste~ A friend recommended their noodles and five-spice, which are not bad. I walked here in the heavy rain. There were not many people in the store in the afternoon, but I knew that the five-spice was freshly fried. I ordered 2 sticks to taste them and found that the five-spice was very good, better than what I had eaten in Shima. The five-spice was crispy, rich in filling, and fat and lean, which was very satisfying to eat~ The noodles were okay, and the soup tasted light. The noodles were a bit like Xiamen's alkaline noodles, and the meatballs were chewy and delicious~ Overall, it is still a very good snack bar, especially their five-spice!!

Steamed dumplings have more flavors, but I prefer fried dumplings. Most of them are 15 yuan per portion (10 pieces), and those with crab roe fillings are a little more expensive. ② Ajian Kimchi The taste is still ok. The environment is a food stall. There are a few tables in the store and a few tables in the corridor outside the store. The business is pretty good; it is not a local specialty. For travelers who want to eat local food, it can be ignored. After all, the stomach capacity is limited, so you can save your stomach for more other local specialties. Korean kimchi pot is available in most cities. This one is to choose your own ingredients and then cook them together with kimchi hodgepodge. I personally think it is more suitable for friends who live in the local area for a long time. Occasionally, when you want to eat Korean food, you can come to have a small gathering. It is okay as a daily meal, but for city tourists like us, it is not very recommended. ③Achuan Restaurant I came here for the roasted chicken. I read the online reviews that all the restaurants on the hillside of Jiangjun Mountain are similar, but this one has good reviews, so I followed the navigation. The overall environment is OK, it is a relatively large store, with outdoor and indoor private rooms on the second floor. The ordering area has seafood and stews, and it is also very clean. We had two adults and two children. We ordered a pot of pork belly soup, half a roasted chicken, a portion of cold jellyfish, a portion of five-spice strips, and a portion of salt and pepper mantis shrimp. Soup is recommended. Maybe we are used to living in Guangdong and prefer soup (the boss has several kinds of soup here, you can choose according to your preference). Cold jellyfish, my god, this dish directly ate up half of the table, hahaha, it was amazing, the jellyfish tasted crispy and refreshing, it was okay; salt and pepper mantis shrimp, uh, the mantis shrimp in this season is not plump enough, but I just want to try it. The method here is a little different from that in Foshan. The batter on the outside feels a little thicker, and the taste is okay; five-spice strips are a local specialty, served with a special sweet and sour sauce, the children like it very much; finally, let’s talk about the roasted chicken. We ordered half a chicken. No one continued after one person tasted it. We came for it, but it ended up with the most left... Maybe the taste is not suitable for us.
