Today we came to an old kitchen in the county town to eat. There are many red elements here. The private room we sat in is called the Long March Assembly.

💕【Hefeng Pearl Rice Noodles】This is a specialty of Yudu: made of rice, it is a unique product of Yudu, mainly produced in towns such as Hefeng. First, soak the high-quality late rice for 12 hours, grind it into pulp, use a piece of white cloth to pad the ash, filter the pulp, wait for the water to drain, dry the powder, and sieve it. One person holds a large-hole rice sieve to sift the powder into the bran sieve with small holes on the lower layer. The person holding the bran sieve rotates continuously, and the powder gradually grows in the sieve like a snowball. When it is as big as a mung bean, pour it into another rice sieve and sieve it. The particles left in the rice sieve are the initial pearl powder. Then pour it on a white cloth, gently brush it with goose feathers to dry it in the sun, and the pearl powder is done. When eating, first boil water, slowly sprinkle the pearl powder in, stir with chopsticks, and when you see the pearls sink to the bottom of the pot, you can pick them out and soak them in another cold water basin. When the pearls expand into a translucent state, each one is crystal clear like a pearl, which is how it got its name. Its characteristics are delicious and smooth, rich in nutrition, cute like a pearl, and pure natural food.
