After two days of clear weather, the Yuanyang Hani Terraces suddenly became foggy in the morning. I was in a good mood and hiked from Duoyishuxiazhai to Hani Huotang to have a Hani-style lunch. The dried yellow cattle was unexpectedly delicious, not too old or tender, not sticky, and very fragrant. The terraced fish, except for the small crucian carp, is the larger grass carp, which is thorny after all. The stir-fried eggplant is very fresh and oily. Hani dishes are generally spicy, more or less, and the scallion-flavored tofu is a clear stream, pure and refreshing. Paired with a little red rice, it is a meal that can both satisfy hunger and cravings.

The transportation here is not yet developed. The restaurants opened by the Hani people use local ingredients. The terraced fish are raised by fish fry sown after the terraces are irrigated. The red rice is the red rice grown in the terraces. It is original and pollution-free [色][色][色] and the most important thing is that it tastes great [强]

I highly recommend everyone to try their dipped chicken. You can fully taste the original flavor of the ingredients. In addition, the fried pork ribs with lemongrass are also very delicious. The ribs are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The lemongrass flavor is also very infused. It’s good. It’s also highly recommended. There’s also the terraced fish, which is quite fresh. Come here to see the beautiful scenery of the terraced fields and eat some delicious food. In addition, the restaurant environment is also very good. It feels more comfortable to eat outside. I ordered several dishes and they were all delicious. It was a great meal. While eating and drinking and looking at the beautiful scenery, the boss's service is also very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is highly recommended to everyone!

Not far from the inn where we stayed, the environment was different from that run by Hani locals. It was spacious and bright, like a western restaurant, with many dishes and different set meals. The prices were clearly marked, not expensive, the portions were large, and the taste was not salty. I ate there once and came back the next day. I saw this restaurant recommended online, it’s good!

The taste is very good. I ate there almost every day after staying there for a few days. I heard from my younger sister that their Hani Huotang was opened by the owner of Huawowo. It's great. I originally planned to book their Huawowo No. 2 store, but the room was tight and I couldn't book it. It's a pity. Fortunately, the owner of Huawowo No. 2 store took us to visit the inn. It's really very good. Thank you. Next time, I will definitely recommend friends to stay at their house and eat their Huotang duck.
