Fatty Braised Noodles, the most famous breakfast shop in Yongzhou. This is my first time in Yongzhou and my first time to taste braised noodles. The taste is not bad. There is no soup, just like dry noodles, but it is really delicious. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

If you come to Yongzhou and don't try the Fatty's Braised Rice Noodles on Xiang Road, you've really come in vain.

The taste of the ten-year-old shop is getting worse and worse. The braised rice noodles nowadays are not as good as before.
