I visited Chenzhou, Hunan, and stayed at the Mangshan Forest Hot Spring Resort. Breakfast was included, and I ate in the Western restaurant on the first floor. Besides the breakfast buffet, the restaurant also serves lunch and dinner, but it's a la carte, not a buffet. The sign at the entrance advertised barbecue, Cantonese cuisine, Hunan cuisine, and other dishes, so the menu was quite extensive. My morning experience was quite average; I didn't have anything to eat. My favorite coffee was the sweet kind that only comes from a machine. The salad dressing was thick and strange. The bread was shipped in, not made in the kitchen, so I had to choose freshly brewed flour.
