I traveled to Yizhang County in Hunan and stayed overnight at the Mangshan Forest Hot Spring Hotel to soak in the hot springs. It was served in a bamboo basket, with a base of blazei molitor mushrooms and thinly sliced ​​pork on top. The black pork slices were crispy and had a nice porky flavor. It was also heated over a fire and was delicious. {Handmade fern root glutinous rice cake}, glutinous rice cake has a sticky texture and looks a bit like tortoise jelly. It is sweet and is also a local specialty snack. It is a good dessert after a meal.
