We asked the front desk at the hotel and found out that there was a night market snack street called Gulou Shangjie nearby, so we walked there. When we were almost there, we saw the night street with bright lights and bustling crowds. We walked around here and had the special red willow branch barbecue, ice cream, and steamed buns. The taste was relatively rough, compared to the southern delicacies, but it was also very local.
This is said to be the No. 1 barbecue restaurant in Yinchuan. I went there at 20:30 in the evening and actually had to queue up. I waited in line for 15 minutes. The business is really good. Ningxia's beach lamb is famous for its deliciousness. According to everyone's recommendation, this restaurant usually orders red willow large lamb skewers, red willow large lamb skewers, and milk skin. Most people may not be used to drinking milk skin. What surprised me was the eight-treasure tea, which is quite unique and I haven't seen it anywhere else. It's quite delicious. The skewers are also good.
