The most missed jajangmian in my memory is a takeaway ordered by the landlord in a guesthouse in Jeju Island a long time ago. I never found that taste again. For example, I felt that the sauce was thick enough but not sweet enough this time. However, |soy milk noodles^ tasted better than expected when I tried it for the first time. It was not as cold as the legend said with ice chips. There was no pressure to eat it in early autumn. I was worried that the combination of soy milk and noodles would not be harmonious, but it did not happen at all. The soy milk base and noodles had a light salty taste, which was still very harmonious. |Sweet and sour pork^ was recommended by the store, and it was really good, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Pour the juice on it while it was hot and eat it quickly.

I ordered takeout from the hotel at night. Maybe I had too high expectations, so I felt it was just average. The portion was large and the price was not cheap. I couldn't eat more. The noodles with soybean paste were not bad, but the teppanyaki mapo tofu and sweet and sour pork were all average.

I've only tried two dishes from this restaurant: one is a very warming noodle dish called Zha Jiang Mian (noodles with soybean paste), and the other is a dish called Pan-fried Red Snapper. I'm from Guangdong, and I think that fish dish is perfect for my taste. The outside is crispy, while the inside is cooked perfectly soft. Dipping it in the sauce makes it really delicious.

Everything was delicious: Zhajiangmian (noodles with soybean paste), seafood noodles, octopus rice bowl, and cucumber salad with beef.
