Micun Bibimbap Restaurant is very popular in Yanbian. It is a chain brand. I have also seen it in Baishan area and visited it in person. Micun Restaurant is a Korean folk cuisine, pursuing high quality in simplicity. There are three reasons why I like this restaurant: First, the dishes and rice are delicious and varied, and rice and kelp soup can be added or reduced for free. Second, the store is not very big but the decoration is very distinctive. It has both folk customs and cultural connotations without being ostentatious, and it is particularly clean and tidy. It is very comfortable to dine in such a restaurant. Third, the price is affordable and everyone can afford it.

"Xiao Shijie" Domestic Tour 📍 Jilin. Yanji Food Tour I had already eaten at another bibimbap, but then the locals recommended this one, and I happened to pass by a branch. Although I had already eaten, I couldn't help but come in to try it. Mainly to eat the | fried mackerel ^ recommended by many people, but to be honest, I was a little disappointed. This ~ is really average haha. As a Shandong native who has eaten mackerel dumplings and smoked mackerel since childhood, I can only say that mackerel deserves better treatment hahaha. In fact, the fried one is crispy on the outside and not burnt on the inside, but overall it is still dry and a bit salty. It is definitely not unpalatable, but there is really nothing worth recommending. | Slate eggs ^ are not bad. Mix them while they are hot. The egg white is tender and suitable for me, and the egg yolk is a little hard. Leave it to my husband hahaha. As for these two dishes, they are worth three and a half stars. However, it seems unfair to give a review without trying the restaurant's signature dishes. Also, the business seems to be very good, with local people from the surrounding area coming to eat. The bibimbap looks really delicious, so I'll give it four stars. I'll come back to try the signature bibimbap when I have the chance.

There are many Micun chain restaurants in Yanji City. The decoration and dishes are basically the same. It is a very good series of Korean ethnic characteristics. The price is not expensive. Generally, you can eat well for more than 30 yuan per person.

The taste is very good, the environment is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is good!

My favorite is the signature stone pot bibimbap from Micun Bibimbap. The environment and taste are both great!
