I&#39;ve had a few meals in Yangzhou that were pretty much the same, but I found something new here. Several of his signature dishes not only bring a sense of freshness, but also have a unique taste. I highly recommend the wooden barrel fish soup beef brisket, the King&#39;s hand-torn braised pork ribs, and the Huadiao cooked and drunken shrimp.

This restaurant is quite popular, and you need to queue up for a seat even on weekdays. If you are a tourist, it&#39;s best to visit the He Garden next door in the afternoon and try to arrive at the store before 5 o&#39;clock to reduce the waiting time.
