Don't come if you want a good environment, because it's really not that good. But the food is quite cheap and affordable. There are a lot of people in the morning, and the steamed bun business is very good. There are stir-fried vegetables, soup dumplings, noodles, and dried shredded vegetables. It's an old store and has never been renovated, so the environment is very old, but the service is pretty good.

It's the local flavor of Yangzhou, not bad! The service and environment are average, like the state-owned restaurants I ate when I was a child, delicious and affordable! When I went there at 8 o'clock in the morning, the whole hall was full of people. A local gentleman taught me enthusiastically that if I want to eat something, I must first buy a ticket (three copies), then find an empty seat to sit down, and then call the waiter, she will take the second copy and bring your purchases! After sitting down, a local sister next to me taught me to go to the disinfection cabinet to get chopsticks and plates by myself! Yangzhou people are so nice, so enthusiastic! I stayed for 2 days and had breakfast here! I like soup dumplings, siomai, and three-diced dumplings!

Mao Pailou on Ganquan Road. Since I stayed at Ibis, I found it was quite close by using the navigation. It took about 15 minutes to walk there. Although it is called a big restaurant, it is more like a big canteen. The decoration environment is kept in the style of the 1990s. Fortunately, the price of food is also quite cheap. I went there at 6 o'clock in the morning. There were still many seats. Yangzhou people prefer to take out their morning tea. I ordered the signature crab roe soup dumplings, three-cup dumplings, siu mai, and wonton. The crab roe soup dumplings are not available until after 7 o'clock. The lady who collected money at the door refused to take my money even if I said I could wait, but she was not sure whether there were any soup dumplings. It was very practical. The crab roe soup dumplings were really delicious, 22 yuan, 6 in a basket, the skin was very thin, thinner than other restaurants, but there was a lot of soup. When I picked it up, the soup swirled around at the bottom of the bag, but the skin was not broken. The soup is thick and sweet, with a hint of crab roe and fishy smell. I eat one bun at a time while it is still a little cool. The soup breaks through the bun skin in my mouth and fills my mouth. It is hot, fresh, thick and smooth, leaving me with an endless aftertaste.

It's an old shop owned by locals, with a very high cost-effectiveness ratio, but the environment is that of an ordinary breakfast shop, and you can only queue up to order. The fried cakes are especially delicious, sweet and soft. The other three-diced buns and shredded radish buns have a similar texture and taste, but with different ingredients, and are also delicious. The mixed noodles are average, so it is recommended to order boiled shredded radish or soup noodles.

The dry shredded silk is uneven in thickness and length. However, it is moderately salty and not lumpy, and the quantity is quite large, which is enough. Tofu skin buns, 2.5, the first time I tried them, the mushroom and bean skin and stuffing, it tasted a bit oily in my taste, but the dough was well-done. Mushroom and green vegetable buns, 2, just out of the pot, home-style taste, no mushrooms, I was told clearly when ordering, and I took a bite while steaming the heat. The green vegetables were fresh and green, dyed through the dough, and it was still delicious. If you like to eat, there is no need to discuss it. Noodle soup, 4, there are many noodles and the soup is too salty. Next time I will order dumpling noodles or wontons instead. The thousand-layer cake was no longer warm, so I gave up decisively.
