Their shrimp roe wontons, crab roe soup dumplings, blanched dried shredded vegetables, and Thousand Layer Oil Cake taste very good and the prices are not too high.

Bixiangju actually has many stores in Yangzhou, each of which is quite large and does very good business. The store has noodles, vermicelli, rice noodles and simple meals with a very high price-performance ratio. What's rare is that the duck blood vermicelli is comparable to the duck blood vermicelli in Nanjing.
I recommend Yangzhou fried rice, it's delicious but a little slow. I recommend hot dried bean curd, but I'm not used to it. What's so good about a tofu skin? Crab roe buns are expensive and taste average. I recommend mixed noodles, which are flavorful. I don't recommend soup noodles, which are tasteless and feel like soy sauce soup.
I've eaten it for two consecutive days and it's ok. I wonder how it tastes today. I'm looking forward to it.
Shrimp roe wontons, with lots of fillings, delicious, generous portions, very tasty
