The hotel I stayed in was very close to West Street. I chose this restaurant among the overwhelming beer fish. There were quite a few people queuing at the door when I went there, but the waiting time was very fast. It was our turn in less than ten minutes. We ordered roast goose, mango egg, lava buns, garlic shrimp, etc. according to the website. To be honest, the roast goose, as the signature dish, tasted okay, but not as good as expected. The garlic shrimp was welcomed by the whole family and was very delicious. I regretted only ordering half a catty. There was also a dish of mushroom-braised spareribs. Although I rarely see people recommend it, my daughter and I like it very much. It is a little spicy, and the ribs are very delicious. There is no idle waiter in the whole restaurant. The waiter keeps urging you to order the dishes, because if the dishes are not served for more than 28 minutes, they will be free.

The two of us ate more than one hundred yuan, and the roast goose tasted really good. It was crispy on the outside, but very tender on the inside, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and it was perfect when paired with their sauce. As for the goose liver, I think it was just average. I ordered a large portion and there was a lot left in the end. I personally think the goose liver is a bit old and I don't like it. The taste of Lipu pork with braised pork is very good, but the taro is so big. A piece of taro with a piece of pork with braised pork is perfect, but I can't eat much and it makes my stomach feel full. The durian pastry is very cute, in the shape of two little geese, and you can order it individually. It tastes very good too, with a strong durian flavor, crispy and delicious! I ate Chunji Roast Goose for the second time at noon today. I felt that compared with the beer fish that are everywhere in West Street, Chunji is the best. It’s just a pity to always eat at the same restaurant, but the driver’s words made us determined to go to Chunji for the remaining two meals of this Yangshuo trip. We came again on the third night of our trip to Yangshuo for the third time.
