Qingxigongjiao Fish

I arrived in Ya'an at noon, and it was drizzling. I've eaten at this restaurant before, but I can't remember the address. I opened a review and saw countless Gongjiaoyu restaurants and founding restaurants. I immediately had a black question mark on my face. I looked for a ranking one, but it felt wrong when I opened it. It was completely different from the original one. I didn't dare to get out of the car at the entrance. I asked for confirmation from many sources and found out that it was a new restaurant. I still remembered the cooking method I had imagined. There was a faint fragrance and numbing taste on the table, but by the end of the meal, I no longer felt the same surprise as the first time I ate it.

I came to Ya'an for the weekend. It took about an hour to get there by Chengya Expressway. I arrived at noon. I remember someone recommended this Qingxi Gongjiao Fish, so I came here specially to check in. The store is easy to find. You can navigate here directly. Parking is convenient and the decoration is okay. I ordered the fish and waited for about 10 minutes. A large bowl of it was served. There was not too much fish maw, which looked a bit scary, but it tasted very delicious. The fish was very tender and the spicy flavor of the green pepper was long-lasting. It is really worth a visit and the consumption is also okay.

Hanyuan Jiuxiang’s is the most authentic, with a special flavor dish. The fragrant beef has a strong aroma when you put it in your mouth. It’s delicious. Add a bowl of white rice and a ladle of soup. Ah, I’m drooling just thinking about it.

Qingxi Gongjiao Fish and Hanyuan Gongjiao Fish are similar in appearance, spicy and fragrant, refreshing and delicious. There are cucumbers and tomatoes in the soup, which is even better eaten with a bowl of rice.
