Various pig offal, pig ears, pig face meat, etc. were placed in the cooked food room at the door. Customers can choose them at the window and weigh them on stainless steel plates. The roasted pigeons were hung on the poles, and the color was very attractive. They were served in 4 pots. Xuwen also has a special delicacy "lamb porridge", but unfortunately I didn't eat it this time.

Because I live in Xuwen Hanting, I found this Zhuzayuan nearby. There are many shops selling pork offal on this street (is it a local feature?). Walking along the street early in the morning, there are not many shops open for business, and the clean environment of this one attracted me immediately. I ordered a bowl of soup noodles in the morning, with pork offal and fresh vegetables. The taste is refreshing and the noodles are made very well.
