I came here from Guangzhou because of its reputation. My friend recommended their braised pork ribs and beef balls to me. The taste is the most satisfying I have ever tasted. Their small intestines are fried with sour taro and lotus stems. It is sour and spicy. The small intestines are crispy and the mixed balls are chewy and refreshing, which is indeed a local feature.
