Xinjiang cuisine is incredibly authentic! The rack of pork and hand-pulled meat are incredibly flavorful, and the Yili Xiaolaojiao liquor from the Yili factory was a real treat! We went to Xinyuan on our own and immediately ordered two. Kudos to the owner! If I had to offer some advice, I'd recommend using more seasoning on the kebabs and less bitterness on the meat!
