A large local restaurant, mainly serving Henan cuisine, but I personally think that their Sichuan cuisine is delicious. My favorite is the spicy boiled fish made by their chef, which is spicy and fragrant.

It is a new restaurant, decorated in a western style, with quite a few service staff, basically one person is responsible for 2 tables. The specialty is the lamb chops and prawns fried together, which tastes very good.

Sichuan hotpot has become popular all over the country in recent years. The aroma is very strong and the taste is basically the same. I think the essence of Sichuan is the combination of various beefs. The taste is still good.
