I eat mutton almost every meal in Xining. After strolling through Limeng Commercial Street, I continued my food hunt and saw this place with ox trotters that looked very tempting. Their large carp was also quite good.
We ordered braised ox trotters, braised crucian carp, and stir-fried bean sprouts.
Two of us couldn&#39;t finish them, haha.
The ox trotters were braised until tender and paired with the soul sauce. The texture was good, but there was still a hint of mutton.
The large carp was delicious. The restaurant deep-fried it thoroughly, so it was flavorful and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The fish had no fishy smell, which the photo doesn&#39;t show; it was actually quite large.
The stir-fried bean sprouts had rice noodles or something in them, and there was a lot of it, so I didn&#39;t finish them.
